Effective: September 6, 2026
Logic Bunting provides software utilities intended to assist healthcare billing professionals with viewing, converting, organizing and reconciling electronic transaction data.
Not a claims adjudication system
Logic Bunting reports are informational workflow aids. Users remain responsible for verifying claim status, payer rules, coding, authorization, eligibility, timely filing and other billing requirements with authoritative sources.
User responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring you are authorized to access and process any files you use with the service and for reviewing generated reports before relying on them operationally.
Subscriptions
Paid features may be offered on a recurring subscription basis. Pricing and billing cadence are shown before purchase. Subscriptions may be canceled according to the cancellation terms presented at checkout and in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Service changes
We may improve, modify or discontinue features over time. We aim to provide reasonable notice of material changes affecting paid customers.
Local Processing and Exported Reports
ERA to Excel is a software utility, not a replacement for your organization’s privacy, security, or billing controls. Process only records you are authorized to access. Generated reports may contain PHI and must be stored and shared appropriately. Conversion does not de-identify information, and use of the software does not itself establish HIPAA compliance. Do not send real patient data or claim files to support.
Self-Service Software and Support Scope
Logic Bunting and ERA to Excel are self-service software tools. Customer support is limited to Logic Bunting subscription billing and account management, including sign-in, password resets, subscription charges, cancellation, and account or refund requests under the applicable policies. Support does not include medical-claim billing assistance, file review, claim investigation, denial research, report interpretation, data correction, custom reconciliation, or file-specific troubleshooting.
Do not send files or screenshots to support or paste claim or report contents into a message. We do not request or accept files for review, including real, synthetic, test, anonymized, or de-identified examples. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and using the software within your authorized workflow.
This support scope does not change our obligations under applicable law or the cancellation and refund terms stated elsewhere on this site.

Include your account email address and a brief description, not patient data, attachments, passwords, verification or reset links, API keys, or payment-card details. Privacy and security concerns may also be reported without sensitive examples.
