Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers about what Logic Bunting does, who it is for, how previews and plans work, how Tally is used, and what to expect from data handling and support.
What is Logic Bunting?
Logic Bunting is a healthcare operations software suite with focused tools for ERA/EDI analysis, payer contracts, staff pay, provider enrollment, professional portfolio management, clinician compensation, and daily administrative workflows. The products share one Logic Bunting account while remaining purpose-built for their individual jobs.
Who is Logic Bunting for?
Logic Bunting is built for healthcare providers, behavioral health organizations, billing and administrative professionals, credentialing and enrollment staff, payroll/operations teams, and clinicians who want clearer visibility into their own professional or compensation workflows.
Do I need an EHR to use Logic Bunting?
Not necessarily. Modules are designed to solve focused workflow problems and can be useful alongside the systems you already use. EEI can work with supported 835, 837, 999, and 277CA files without requiring Logic Bunting to become your EHR or clearinghouse.
Can I see the software before I sign up?
Yes. PCI, SPI, PEI, PPI, CCI, and UI have public read-only Preview workspaces with fictional sample data and no signup required. EEI uses its real Try Free pathway instead of a synthetic preview. Explore the products and previews.
Which modules come with each plan?
The current Professional, Operations, and Complete Suite bundles are shown in the live Plans section. Module access follows the current plan attached to your Logic Bunting account, so the Plans section is the best source instead of a copied list that could become stale.
Can I cancel anytime?
Logic Bunting subscriptions are intended to be month-to-month. You may cancel before your next renewal to prevent future recurring charges; paid access may continue through the end of the paid billing period. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for the current terms.
How do Tally credits work?
AI-powered Tally features may use the shared Tally credit balance when they perform an AI request. Experiences explicitly labeled Tally Guide/local/no-AI do not consume credits. Eligible paid accounts can also purchase additional Tally credits where the Account billing controls offer that option.
Does Tally use my data?
Only when a feature actually needs it for a user-requested AI task. An AI-powered Tally feature may send the information selected or required for that request to the configured AI provider; Logic Bunting does not send application data to AI simply because you opened a module. See Trust, Security & Data Handling for more detail.
Can I export my data?
Several Logic Bunting modules provide Excel, PDF, or other exports where they fit the workflow. Export options differ by module, so not every screen or record type has the same export format.
Where is my information stored?
Persistent account and operational records that need to be saved are handled through authenticated Logic Bunting application services. Supabase is used for authentication and account/subscription records, and Stripe handles payment processing. EEI's supported 835/837/999/277CA conversion and reconciliation workflows process selected claim files locally in your browser rather than uploading the file contents for that processing. Read the Trust page for the high-level data-handling overview.
Are the Preview sites using real customer data?
No. The public Preview workspaces use fictional, synthetic sample data and are isolated from Production customer databases and private storage. They are read-only demonstrations and do not call live Tally AI or billing services.
How do I get help?
Logic Bunting is self-service software. Human support is currently focused on account access and subscription billing, including password resets, charges, cancellation, refunds, and account-management requests. In-product Tally Guide may provide local workflow guidance where available. See Support for the current scope.
The Trust page explains authenticated workspaces, private files, Tally/AI behavior, public Preview isolation, billing, and deletion at a higher level.
