Privacy Policy

Logic Bunting is a brand of Billing Bluebird, LLC. This policy explains how information is handled when you use LogicBunting.com and ERA to Excel.

Local Claim-File Processing

Your selected 835, 837, 999, and 277CA files are processed in your browser to create applicable previews, charts, Excel reports, acknowledgment analyses, and—when you use Combine ERA Files—a combined ERA download. File contents and patient-level results are not uploaded to Logic Bunting or its service providers as part of the conversion, combining, reconciliation, or acknowledgment-analysis workflow. We do not provide cloud storage or cross-device synchronization of claim files or generated reports.

Clearing the workspace removes selected files and results from the current page and prevents outstanding work from displaying those results afterward. It does not delete your original files or downloaded workbooks, and it is not a promise of forensic erasure from browser or operating-system memory. Reports can still contain protected health information (PHI). Use organization-approved storage, devices, and sharing methods.

Accounts and Subscriptions

Supabase provides account authentication and stores account and subscription records, including an email address, user ID, plan, subscription status, billing identifiers, and cancellation dates when applicable. Passwords are submitted to the authentication service, not to claim-processing reports or usage analytics.

Stripe processes payments on its hosted checkout page. Account and billing information needed for subscriptions is shared with Stripe. Logic Bunting does not receive full card numbers or card security codes. No claim files or patient-level report contents are sent to Stripe by the conversion workflow.

Limited Usage Information

We record limited events such as the tool used, number of files processed, and event time. Signed-in activity is linked to an account ID; signed-out activity may be linked to a randomly generated browser identifier. Browser-linked activity is not the same as fully anonymous information. These events do not include selected filenames, patient information, claim details, or report contents.

Browser Storage

The app may store account-session information, a theme preference, a random browser identifier, and the free-use counter in your browser. Patient-level working data is not intentionally saved to persistent browser storage by ERA to Excel. Workbooks you choose to download are saved according to your browser and device settings; cloud-sync or backup settings on your device are outside our control.

Hosting, Email, and Technical Information

Cloudflare delivers and protects our websites. Supabase handles authentication, account data, and limited usage events. Stripe handles billing. An email-delivery provider sends account verification and password-reset messages. These services may process technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as IP addresses, browser/device information, request times, and security logs.

We use account and limited usage information to operate the service, manage subscriptions, respond to account-management and subscription-billing requests, understand use, and investigate abuse. We do not use claim-file contents for advertising or transmit them to an AI service as part of file processing.

Retention and Account Requests

Account, billing, usage, support correspondence, and security records are retained as needed for the purposes described here and applicable legal, accounting, dispute, and security requirements. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals as described in our cancellation policy; it does not automatically delete account or billing records.

To request account deletion or ask about retained records, contact support@logicbunting.com from the account email address. We will review the request and explain any records that must be retained. Provider backups and legally required records may remain after deletion from active systems. Please do not include PHI in the request.

Authorized Healthcare Use and Security

Only process records you are authorized to access and follow your organization’s privacy and security requirements. Using ERA to Excel does not, by itself, establish HIPAA compliance. No website or software can guarantee absolute security. The local-processing design does not replace your organization’s responsibilities for its devices, users, original records, or exported reports.

Billing and Account Support Only

Logic Bunting and ERA to Excel are self-service software tools. Customer support is limited to Logic Bunting subscription billing and account management, including account access, password resets, subscription charges, cancellation, and account or refund requests under the applicable policies. We use the account/contact information and text you send to respond to those requests. This is not medical-claim billing assistance.

We do not provide file review, claim investigation, denial research, report interpretation, data correction, or file-specific troubleshooting. We do not request or accept files for review, including real, synthetic, test, anonymized, or de-identified files. No access to patient information is required for our account and subscription-billing support.

Contact support@logicbunting.com with a brief, text-only description and your account email address. Do not attach files or screenshots, paste claim or report contents, or send PHI. Do not send passwords, verification or reset links, access tokens, API keys, full card numbers, or card security codes.

Privacy Concerns and Unsolicited Information

The no-upload description above applies to the conversion, combining, reconciliation, and acknowledgment-analysis workflows. It does not prevent information you independently send by email from reaching our email service provider. Asking you not to send attachments is a support policy, not a technical attachment-blocking feature. Unsolicited files are not used for claim review or report troubleshooting.

If you believe you sent sensitive information by mistake or need to report a privacy or security concern, notify support@logicbunting.com in a text-only message. Do not resend the sensitive content, attach examples, or include credentials. Privacy and security notices are separate from file-review support.

Changes to This Policy

We will update the effective date when this policy changes and provide additional notice when appropriate.
