Logic Bunting and ERA to Excel are self-service software tools. Customer support is limited to billing and account management.
What We Can Help With
Account access, email verification, password resets, account-management or deletion requests, Logic Bunting subscription charges, renewal and cancellation, and refund requests under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Billing support refers to your Logic Bunting subscription, not patient billing, insurance claims, or payer disputes.
What Support Does Not Include
We do not provide file review, claim investigation, denial research, report interpretation, data correction, custom reconciliation, or troubleshooting of 835/837/999/277CA files and exported reports. We do not request or accept files for review, including real, synthetic, test, anonymized, or de-identified examples.

Do not send attachments, screenshots, 835/837/999/277CA contents, Excel workbooks, patient information, or sample data. Do not include passwords, verification or reset links, access tokens, API keys, full card numbers, or card security codes.

Include the email address associated with your Logic Bunting account and a brief text description of your account or subscription-billing question. No claim files or patient information are needed.
Privacy or Security Notices
You may report a privacy or security concern, including accidentally sent sensitive information, in a text-only message to the same address. Do not attach files, resend the sensitive content, or include credentials. These notices are not a file-review service.
