Check importer compatibility. Some EHRs accept multiple X12 interchanges in one file; others do not. No payments are posted by this tool. Select only ERAs that have not already been imported, and confirm that your destination processes every included ERA. Different files can still contain overlapping claims.

Combined locally in your browser. Files are not uploaded. Original envelopes, amounts, and formatting are preserved.

Front-end acknowledgment only. A rejected 277CA claim did not enter normal adjudication and should be corrected/resubmitted as appropriate. An 835 denial is different: it reflects an adjudicated claim. Code descriptions are a convenience; payer-specific edits and unknown codes should be verified with the payer/clearinghouse or X12 reference.

Analyzed locally in your browser. Acknowledgment files, patient identifiers, and results are not uploaded to Logic Bunting.

Privacy-first

Keep healthcare files where they belong.

Local File Processing

Your selected 835, 837, 999, and 277CA files are processed in your browser to create previews, charts, acknowledgment summaries, and Excel reports. File contents and patient-level results are not uploaded to Logic Bunting or its service providers as part of that processing workflow.

Limited Usage Analytics

We collect the tool used, file count, and event time, linked to your account or a browser identifier. These events do not include filenames, patient information, claim details, or report contents.

Your Files and Exports

Clearing the workspace removes selected files and results from this page. It does not delete originals or downloaded workbooks. Reports may contain PHI; use organization-approved storage and sharing.

Use ERA to Excel only with healthcare records you are authorized to access, and follow your organization’s privacy and security policies. HIPAA compliance depends on your overall processes, safeguards, and use of the tool.

Billing and Account Support Only. ERA to Excel is self-service software. Support covers your Logic Bunting account and subscription billing, not file review, claim investigation, or report troubleshooting. Do not send files, screenshots, or sample data, including synthetic or de-identified examples. See our support scope.
